From Monday 6 May until mid November 2024, no step-free access lift available to/from the Piccadilly line platforms. If travelling to/from Green Park from stations west on the Piccadilly line, please change at Hammersmith, to the District line, and Victoria (to/from the Victoria line). If travelling to/from Green Park from stations east on the Piccadilly line, please change at Kings Cross St Pancras (to/from the Victoria line).

From Monday 6 November until August 2024, no step-free access between street level and platforms 2 and 3. This will affect westbound Elizabeth line and GWR services as well as some eastbound services during service disruption and engineering works. Marlow services would not be affected at any time.

Information

Hounslow East

Monday 17 June until January 2025, no step-free access to/from the westbound platform. If you require a westbound step-free journey to Hounslow East please continue to Hounslow West and change to an eastbound train. If you are travelling westbound from Hounslow East, please take an eastbound train and change at Osterley, or use local London Buses services.

Hackney Downs

Step-free access to platform 1 (served by Chingford to Liverpool Street and southbound Greater Anglia trains via Tottenham Hale) is available but only via the interchange and lift link to/from Hackney Central station. Please enter and exit via this route. Step-free access is not available to/from other platforms or to/from the main entrance at Hackney Downs.
